Ashworth Apartment

A measured interiors overhaul of a mansion-block apartment — joinery, stone and concealed services. Working closely with the client and design team, we resolved the structure, services and finishes as one — protecting the original character while bringing the building firmly up to standard.

A single site team ran the programme from enabling works through to handover, with weekly cost and progress reporting throughout. The result is a space that performs quietly and reads as though it was always meant to be this way.
